With a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Multiple Unit Pellet Systems (MUPS), Dr. Bhad brings more than 25 years of industry experience in formulation development, pellet technology, process optimization, technology transfer, and commercial manufacturing. 

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with leading pharmaceutical organizations, gaining deep insight into the critical role that starter pellets play in achieving consistent coating performance, robust manufacturing processes, and successful modified-release formulations.
